Announcing Truth & Generosity
A podcast and serialized book and philosophy discussion group all in one!
Many of you know I published Truth and Generosity last year (2023) and you’ve followed me through the process of recording the audiobook on my other blog.
The big news is, I decided to turn the audiobook into a podcast—or, if you prefer, call it a serialized book.
Free Subscribers:
You will get the first three chapters, followed by preview teasers. You can upgrade to paid (see benefits below) or you can customize which bits of the newsletter you receive by visiting your account at any time (if you don’t like being teased.)
Also, the paperback and ebook are reasonably priced on Amazon (click image below). Alternatively, you can always request the book from your local library in your preferred format. But if you like audiobooks, read on.
If you’ve already bought the book elsewhere (maybe you prefer paperbacks or kindle or whatever) and would like to join the discussion, click here to send me an email and I’ll get you past the paywall.
Paid Subscribers:
Starting May 10, 2024, this book will come to you by email in small, easy-to-digest installments, one or two episodes per week (we’ll play it by ear), to give you plenty of time to think and chat with others in the comments section about the reading. Neal and I will be responding to your questions and comments as these posts publish.
Once all episodes are published, you will have access to everything to take in at your own pace:
Actual formatted text (not those sucky generated transcripts that pop up every time I watch a YouTube video).
Podcast episodes (audiobook chapters) sent to your email. Narrated by me, a human. I guess.
Full access to the comments section, with replies from the philosopher, probably in video format, but we'll see.
Full audiobook download promo codes (from Spotify only) for both this book and my novel, A Footnote to Plato. More info coming soon.
Maybe more! Let me know what you’d like!
Go paid, grab some audiobook codes (but be good), ask that question you’ve been burning to ask, or whatever, then revert your subscription to free whenever you want.
Seriously! I won’t be mad, I promise!
I realize some of you have already read or listened to the book, but I hope you’ll help me get the word out.
Hi, Tina. I've just responded to this post indirectly, with some thoughts that happen to have been brewing for a few days:

How are you defining truth? Or which philosopher's definition do you endorse? Thanks!
